WARMING REFRESH

Try this refreshing and invigorating tonic. It provides numerous health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant properties. To make this easy tonic simply add the immunity shot recipe to ice cube trays for use when needed. You will add one ice cube, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of Celtic sea salt, and local or natural honey (local is best if you can find it) to a mug of hot water, and allow to cool a little before drinking. You can adjust the quantities to suit your tastebuds. Ideal for when older children are suffering from cold/flu symptoms and need a warm boost of immunity boosting goodness.

YIELDS – 1 MUG

Ingredients
  • Immunity Shot 1 ice cube
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) – we like Braggs 1 tsp
  • Celtic Sea Salt, a pinch
  • Local or Natural Honey 1 tsp
  • Warm Filtered Water

EQUIPMENT – KETTLE OR POT TO BOIL WATER

Instructions
  1. Take a cup or hot water (that has been boiled).
  2. Drop in one immunity shot ice cube.
  3. Next, add in the ACV, salt and honey.
  4. Stir gently until well combined.
  5. Allow to cool a little.
  6. Sip to soothe, enjoy!
