Tangy Lemon, Oil + Garlic Dressing

This dressing with its sweet, savoury and sour flavour is heaven with your healthy food.  I particularly love this dressing on salad, avocados, steamed green beans and over pasta.  Unlike most supermarket dressings all the ingredients here add to a nutritious diet.  Easy to prepare and store.  

Ingredients 

2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3 cloves garlic, 8 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 3 tsp runny honey, sprinkle of sea salt. 

How to make – In an electric  or hand held blender

Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Pour dressing into a glass jar or bottle.  Keep in refrigerator.  Shake before use.  Use within 7-10 days.
