OUR STORY

Holistic health is a wellness approach that focuses on nurturing every aspect of a child’s well-being to support optimal health and help them thrive.

As a mother to my first child who was showing signs of imbalance, then sickness, and not reaching a diagnosis until he was twelve years old. That journey led me to a different approach to supporting his health and healing—one that ultimately benefited all three of my boys, who were later diagnosed with the same genetic immune deficiency, transforming their health from under-functioning, to thriving.

Holistic health goes beyond simply treating symptoms or managing disease—it prioritizes overall wellness and supports the body during illness by addressing underlying imbalances and enhancing its natural healing abilities. This approach considers the many factors that influence health, including emotional well-being, environment, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

As I started to focus more on the boys holistic health we tried practices that made use of the ancient art of Ayurveda, breath therapy, exercise, homeopathy, hyper nourishment, juicing ,essential supplements, preventative protocols, targeted nutrition, and more …

These practices are now an integral part of the boys’ daily lives. I like to call them their health essentials, and a key aspect of my work when supporting families one-on-one. Through the information and support we provide here, we help create meaningful changes in your child’s health—both in the short and long term.
