This is by far one of the yummiest (and simplest) snacks I have made, and it happened by pure chance 🙂 If you try to make most of what you eat from scratch you will know how much time and care goes into it, so stumbling upon this easy, peasy recipe, well I just had to share. No prep, no bake and with just three ingredients its certainly worth giving them a try. Choose medjool dates where you can (they are bigger and juicier than the average date), opt for 100% organinc peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) to avoid unwanted ingredients, and select dark chocolate, the higher the cacao value the better (its full of glorious antioxidants).

Ingredients
- Medjool Dates 12
- 100% Peanut Butter 1 cup
- Dark Chocolate
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Instructions
- Slice dates open and remove seeds.
- Scoop a tsp of peanut butter into each date.
- Add in a small slice of dark chocolate.
- Attempt to close the date if its not too full 🙂
- Eat and enjoy!
