- Apples Green 2
- Celery 6 stalks
- Cucumbers, small 4
- Ginger 2 inch piece
- Kale, large handful 1
- Lemon 1
- Pineapple 1
- Spinach, large handful 1

Instructions
- Remove skin of the pineapple.
- Wash other produce thoroughly.
- Cut up all produce according to your juicers capacity.
- Juice everything!
- Pour juice through sieve, for a smoother texture.
