ACV Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Black Pepper, a pinch
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Cloves 2
  • Maple Syrup 2 tsp
  • Sea Salt, a pinch

EQUIPMENT – ELECTRIC BLENDER OR HAND WHISK

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, or container if using a hand blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store in an air tight container (a glass jar is preferred) and place in refrigerator.
  4. Stir well before each use.
