Highly effective habits are essential for building strong immunity in children. What I share here are targeted tips, aimed at improving your child’s resilience and overall health. I first introduced, tried, and tested these practices during a time when I was most desperate for solutions to improve my boys health. Through years of study and research, but most of all experience with my own three boys, I’ve identified what truly works and what doesn’t. This has enabled them to establish habits that are both easy to implement and highly effective in achieving both remarkable and encouraging results. What my sons now call ‘health hacks’ have been carefully designed to fit seamlessly into your child’s daily routine.
