ABOUT ME
Firstly, I am a proud mother to three young sons, living and thriving with XLA, a genetic primary immune deficiency. Through the boys adversities and my studies and research to help them, I adopted a new focus on holistic health that lends itself to the boys current way of life.
I was born and raised in Bedfordshire, England. Through a series of global work opportunities, I met and married my husband. Together, we have three sons: Jul (17), Sahm (12), and Zayd (9).
I have had the greatest good fortune to work with a diversity of clients including mothers and families of all different nationalities and cultures, and within my local communities. For seven years I was the Health and Wellness advisor and teacher at a local international elementary school, where I pioneered a very successful health and food programme. I am the author of Nourish, A Modern Mothers Guide to Child Nutrition, the creator and founder of Henrys Health – an online forum and counselling practice dedicated to helping others nurture health, and co-founder of Raising Zebras – a community led space for parents of children living with PID.

A MOTHERS LOVE
Through the challenges my sons and our family faced, I became deeply committed to my studies. This drive for knowledge led me to relentlessly pursue more effective ways to achieve and maintain health, steering the boys toward an optimal lifestyle. It was during this journey that I realised these personal experiences within our own family, could impact the lives of others, and inspire meaningful change.
