PROTEIN BITES

PROTEIN BITES

Protein balls, as their name suggests, are a superb source of protein. With the inclusion of other protein-rich ingredients, coconut oil and seeds, and a hearty heap of antioxidant rich cacao, these power house snacks really do pack a punch! These happen to be our family’s favourite but do swap in and out other ingredients. Protein powder can be added, as well as nut butters and nuts. Experiment with what you and your loved ones like best.
